Ⅰ. Overview
DXF single effect fluffer is mainly used to separate the light and heavy impurity in the waste paper stock and perform secondary size degradation for the pulp from the hydrapulpter. Through the secondary size degradation, the screen mesh at the hydrapulpter bottom will be increased to enhance the production capacity.
This machine is equivalent to the assembly of a sealed horizontal hydrapulpter and a light and heavy impurity slag separator, which enables it to have compact structure and high efficiency. This machine integrates the functions of size degradation, trash extraction and coarse screening, greatly simplifies the waste paper processing and reduces the energy consumption.
The pulp flows into the tank in the tangential direction and accelerates under the function of impeller to create whirlpool, which will generate centripetal force to make the light impurity accumulate in the whirlpool center while the heavy impurity thrown to the tank wall. The light impurity in the tank center will be discharged through the light impurity discharge pipe valve on the front cover intermittently while the heavy impurity thrown to the tank wall and some pulp will enter the heavy impurity slag separator through the heavy impurity discharge pipe and the pulp whose heavy impurity is removed will return to the pulp inlet pipe. The removed heavy impurity will be collected in the slag separator impurity slot and discharged through the valve periodically.
After the secondary size degradation by the impeller, the pulp will be delivered by the pulp outlet pipe at the rear section sieve plate of the impeller.
