Ⅰ. Overview
It is well-known that the regenerate pulp fiber has been subjected to proper pulping treatment in general. However, as the fiber will present irreversible cornification after drying, the regenerated pulp fiber must be subjected to pulping treatment again to restore the original inter-fiber bonding strength. The object of such re-pulping should be the long fiber components of the secondary fiber and it is necessary to avoid the re-pulping over the short fiber of the regenerated pulp fiber. In this way, not only the power consumption is greatly reduced, but also the uniformity and quality of secondary pulp are improved; more important, for the regenerated fiber pulp for multi-layer paperboard production, the different layer has different requirement for the length and cleanliness of pulp fiber so as to exert the maximum function; besides, there is plenty of non - fiber impurity to be removed in the regenerated fiber pulp. Therefore, it is meaningful to develop a high efficiency grading sieve to classify the regenerated fiber while screen out the non-fiber impurity.
LFS series upflow grading sieve is a newly designed patented product for the waste paper regenerated pulp fiber grading and screening. It has two functions of fiber grading and pulp screening. It is featured in low power consumption (below 1/3 of the traditional grading sieve), strong fiber grading capacity and high impurity screening efficiency.
Ⅱ. Main Technical Parameters
Note: as the production capacity and supporting power vary with the pulp kind, screen drum type, screening efficiency and pulp inlet concentration, the accurate data should be determined according to the data supplied by the user.
